Professional Development Consortium/Regional Training Center Opportunities
The USG Office of Organizational Development established the Professional Development Consortium (PDC) as part of the Regent’s goal to increase efficiency working as a System. The purpose of the consortium is to foster collaboration among USG institutions, share training resources, and implement best practices.

PDC Regional Training Centers
Six institutions have agreed to be a USG Regional Training Center (RTC) for the System. Staff from the Regional Training Centers will lead in assisting other institutions in their regional areas working to understand the professional development issues relating to the institution, as well as developing solutions to the challenges.
