PDC Regional Training Center Leader Receives Award

Deborah Covin Wilson (pictured in red above), Director of Organizational Development and Consulting Services at Georgia State, was one of the first nine recipients to receive the 2015 ATD CI CPLP Contributor Award on May 18, 2015 at the Association for Talent Development (ATD) awards ceremony as part of the International Conference in Orlando, Florida. The CPLP Contributor Award recognizes CPLP credential holders who put forth an outstanding effort to support, promote, and advance the CPLP certification program.

Deborah Covin Wilson is the Regional Training Center (RTC) leader for Georgia State. Six Institutions have agreed to be RTC’s for the University System of Georgia’s Professional Development Consortium (PDC). Regional Training Centers assist other Institutions in their areas with professional development issues, and collaborate to develop solutions for challenges.
