HRA Rollback Feature
Your USG Retiree Health Reimbursement account (HRA) with Your Spending Account includes a “rollback” feature, which allows for claims to be reimbursed as long as the date of service occurs within the effective date of your HRA and there is a remaining balance in your account. Claims that were previously denied due to your exhausting your remaining HRA balance will be automatically approved by YSA once allocations for the new year have been added to your USG Retiree Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
If you have been automatically reimbursed for previously denied claims, YSA provides you with the flexibility to adjust your premium auto-reimbursement amounts online, to assist with budgeting your available HAR funds. You can access the YSA website through retiree.aon.com/usg and clicking the HRA tab. The Manage Premium Auto-Reimbursement section can be reached by clicking on the premium auto-reimbursement promotional box on the YSA homepage.
