Special Acknowledgements
The GeorgiaVIEW team would like to thank the following people for their outstanding contribution to the success of this project:
- The Digital Innovation Group at Georgia College & State University, who collaborated with the Office of Information and Instructional Technology (OIIT) to develop SMART - the Section Migration Archive and Restore Tool.
- The GeorgiaVIEW Institutional Administrators, who led the migration effort at their institutions, ensuring that courses were migrated and faculty were trained and ready to teach in Vista 8.
- The Vista 8 Migration Teams at each institution, which included representatives from Academic Affairs, Information Technology, the Registrar’s Office, Libraries, and other areas of the campus. These representatives made important decisions and served in a variety of technical and functional roles to support the migration.
- The faculty Vista users, who are already using the new features in Vista 8 to enhance teaching and learning.
