GALILEO Support Services office will be closed Friday, July 3, 2009
The GALILEO Support Services office will be closed Friday, July 3, 2009 in observance of the Independence Day holiday. In the event of a GALILEO-related emergency (examples: GALILEO is unavailable, one or more databases are inaccessible), please do the following:
* First, check the GALILEO System Status Announcements at: http://www.usg.edu/galileo/status/
* Second, call OIIT Customer Services at 888-875-3697 and follow the instructions for leaving an emergency page for the OIIT HelpDesk, who will notify GALILEO on-call staff.
