BCBS Interface Important Message

For the period from 12/23/02 through 01/01/03, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Georgia will not process any interface files sent via the BCBS Interface process.

They will be doing maintenance on the QCare interface system and will cease processing any files after today. This loss of functionality is expected to have minimum impact on our users due to the holiday season.

Users can, however, still send files during this period. They will be held and processed as soon as possible after maintenance is complete. As a result, if you do choose to send a file between 12/23/02 and 01/01/03, you will not receive a notification from the listserv until after processing is restarted.

OIIT will notify users via the listserv as soon as BCBSGA is ready to begin processing files again.
