Please review and distribute the following issue as needed:

Please do not complete steps IV-C and IV-F of the Calendar Year End Process (PAY 530) until PeopleSoft's Tax Update 02-G has been applied in the BOR 2.15 release scheduled for January 16, 2003. TAX960ST.SQR reports state W-2 wage and tax data on magnetic media using the MMREF-1 record format. TAX962ST.SQR produces an audit report of the contents of the files created by TAX960ST.SQR. Details of the modifications will be included in the BOR 2.15 release notes.
