Hourly Rate Display Change

Please review and distribute the following issue as needed:

HOURLY RATE DISPLAY CHANGE - The regular hourly rate, instead of a calculated rate such as for overtime, is displayed on paycheck data panels as well as pay checks and pay advices.

PeopleSoft's Tax Update 02-E, which was included in the BOR Release 2.14 on 12/05/02, modified the PSPCUPDT Cobol to remove changes that PeopleSoft implemented in Tax Update 01-E. Last year, PeopleSoft implemented a change to reflect the actual calculated overtime or double-time hourly rate instead of the regular hourly rate on pay checks (PAY003.SQR) and pay advices (DDP003.SQR). The changes made in Tax Update 01-E produced unexpected results (unrelated to the GeorgiaFirst model); therefore in Tax Update 02-E, PeopleSoft corrected this by changing the program back to display the regular hourly rate without factoring overtime.

The pay checks/advices are calculated correctly; the hourly rate on the check/advice reflects the regular rate of pay and not the overtime rate of pay.
