BCBS Interface Error on line 461: (SQR 3735) Could not execute SQL

The BORI021.sqr and the BOR_HEALTH_DATA table included in release 2.13 have new functionality that identify missing or incorrect data on employees and dependents included in the BCBS Interface file. As a result, the sqr will fail with an error on line 461 when it encounters this missing or incorrect data. This data must be corrected in order to run the interface to completion.

Users can review their extract file, located in c:\gnupg under the name of USG0xxx.txt where xxx is the three digit school code to determine where the sqr failed. Usually, the last person on the file is the source of the error, whether they are an employee or dependent. Open the file and scroll to the bottom to review the name of the last person listed. Then review this person in PeopleSoft to confirm that personal data including address, birthdate and SSN are complete and correctly formatted. If you are unable to locate any obvious source of error, please contact the Helpdesk to have a ticket created.

If you corrected the data and have encountered the error again while running the interface, repeat the process above to identify the next person who has incorrect or missing data.
