2002 W-2 Ordering Information
Below is information for ordering 2002 W-2s from Wallace Computing. We would also like to make you aware that Moore Business Forms has entered into an alliance with PeopleSoft and has provided their customers with an sqr that will format the W-2 (pressure sealed only) to match the Moore W-2 form. The Moore form will eliminate the need to have the W-2s pre-printed with the employer address. We received this sqr (last week) and we are currently testing to make sure the sqr will run in PeopleSoft and that the form will be formatted correctly. Preliminary tests look good, but the results are not complete. If we are satisfied with the test results, we will have Moore order information to you no later than 12/02. The cut-sheet form from Wallace is the only cut-sheet from supported at this time. 2002 Tax Forms Proposal for University Systems of Georgia
Wallace Computer Services would like to provide the following Group Discount Program to all of the University Systems of Georgia members.
For all orders placed on or before 11/21/02 the following will apply:
The minimum quantity for the pressure seal W2 (PSLW287PS) will be 1,000 forms as compared to the current 2,000 minimum.
The price will be calculated on the total quantity of orders combined to give the maximum discounts. All order quantities will be totaled and a proposal will be sent out to each ordering party with the discounted pricing.
The discount program will apply to all laser and pressure seal forms supported by PeopleSoft. The forms that will be used by University Systems of Georgia members are:

All orders sent after the 11/21/02 cut off date will be subject to the 2,000 form minimum on the Pressure Seal W2 forms and will be priced as individual orders.
