October biweekly deductions for LTD and Supplemental Life :

Premium (deduction) calculations that are based on an employee's salary (ie.LTD, Supplemental Life) use the salary as of the current pay end date. In the case of the first October biweekly payroll, the deduction calculations were base on the employee's salary as of 09/29/2000, prior to the October 1 pay increases. This caused the deduction for the first biweekly payroll in October to be under withheld.

The Comprehensive Benefits Report (BORR025) will reflect the correct premiums for October. Therefore, you will be remitting the correct amount.
