PeopleSoft HRMS Known Issues and Information:

Continuous Audit Interface File - BORI003

We have tentatively scheduled a release of a new version of this process for October 9th, 2000. The new version is necessary to address the following two issues:

1. The Department of Audits has requested additional information for the fourth fiscal quarter ended 06/30/00.
    
2. We have determined that the file produced using the current production version of this process will contain data inconsistent with the Department of Audits requirements for the first fiscal quarter ending 09/30/00.

The forthcoming release notes will contain detailed instructions. Of note, you will need to rerun the process for the fourth fiscal quarter but you will not send the output to Accounting. First fiscal quarter processing will be conducted as usual (output to Accounting). The Department of Audits is aware that the first fiscal quarter end Continuous Audit report will be delayed. We have notified Accounting personnel of this delay via ACC News. Again, the forthcoming release notes will contain detailed instructions.
