Please forward your Charitable Contributions Program pledge card file to Angela Waldon: abw@gms.state.ga.us beginning August 15. The file is output of the Charitable Contributions Interface Panel at:

Go --> Board of Regents --> BOR HR --> Interface --> Charitable Contributions

For instructions, consult the Time Entry & Payroll Processing, Module 5: All Other Interfaces, Lesson 7: Running the Charitable Contributions Deductions Interface in the End-User Training manual. This is also available at the USG-EAS-HRMS/ GeorgiaFIRST Website: http://www.usg.edu:8087/HRMS.

E-mail the file as an attachment directly to Angela Waldon at e-mail address abw@gms.state.ga.us. Be sure to include your institutional name in the e-mail "Subject:" line; i.e., Subject: Great State College - CCP2000 file.
