HR Export not inserting Position Data rows if funding is changed

PeopleSoft HRMS Known Issues and Information - 07/10/02:
Budget Load not updating Position Data for positions transferred from a position pool to unique funding during the budget process.
Changing any field in the Budget Module on a position within a position pool will disassociate that position from its position pool. As a result, the Budget load process will insert a new row in the department budget table setting up unique funding for that position. However, the Budget load does not insert an effective dated row in Position Data removing the position from the position pool.
As a result, a user may believe an employee is in a position pool by viewing Position Data in spite of the fact that a unique funding record exists in the department budget table for that position. Earnings distribution will take the unique funding record in precedence over the position pool record, even though Position Data still reflects a position pool.
Users can search the department budget table using the exclusive criteria of position pool, therefore excluding any records for a uniquely funded position from the results. A user may potentially not realize that a position is uniquely funded and may believe that changes made to a position pool will affect this position, when this in fact is not the case.
It is recommended that a new effective dated row be inserted in Position Data for any position that has been transferred from a position pool to unique funding during the Budget process removing the employee from the position pool if one does not already exist (due to other conditions).
