Continuous Audit Annual Report

Please distribute the following as needed:
Populate Continuous Audit Annual Table (BORIF03J)
An issue has been identified with the run control table that affects the processing of the Populate Continuous Audit Annual Table process. As a result, no matter what date users input in the date field on the panel, the run control applies the current date. Users then receive a fiscal year to date report. As many campuses have no checks dated after 07/01/03 yet, they are receiving 0 records.
A fix is being developed and a release date will be determined and published shortly. There is a workaround that will allow users to run the annual report now without waiting for the release:
- Go to Interface > Populate Cont Aud Qtr Table > Add
- Create a new run control
- Input a date of 06/30/03 in the date field on the panel
- Save the panel, but do not run the process
- Go directly to Populate Annual Temp Table; it should show the same run control in the upper left, the date should default to 06/30/03
- Run the process
- When the process is complete, review the sqr log in your c:\temp file. If it was successful it should look similar to this:

A fix is being developed and a release date will be determined. We recommend using the same run control created in the workaround above to run all other processes associated with the annual report.
