EFT/Position Count Information for FY02 and FY03

PeopleSoft HRMS Known Issues and Information - 07/08/02

Please excuse the cross posting to multiple lists.Ê It was brought to our attention this morning that you have been asked to provide EFT/position count information for FY2002 and FY2003 by July 10, 2002. This information is already available for the budgets prepared on the CUFA budget system. The institutions utilizing the PeopleSoft Budget Module to create the FY2003 budget can run a query to Excel, creating a worksheet to use as a starting point in determining EFT/position count for FY2003.

The tables required for the query are found in the HRMS query list and are:

BUD_PSB_BOR
BUD_PSC_BOR
ACCT_CD_TBL

The criteria used for the query and the suggested fields can be found in the attached document.
