GeorgiaFIRST Model Charitable Contributions Pledge Card File

Please forward your Charitable Contributions Program pledge card file to Angela Waldon: abw@gms.state.ga.us by July 21. This file is the output of the Charitable Contributions Interface Panel at:

Go --> Board of Regents -->BOR HR --> Interface --> Charitable Contributions

This interface is an SQR (run location = Client, output destination = c:\temp, for example). Once the process completes, the BORI011 SQR will generate a flat file called "charcontXXX" where 'XXX' = your institution code. The flat file will be located in the directory that you designate on the run panel; navigate to this directory in Windows Explorer to find your file.

E-mail the file as an attachment directly to Angela Waldon via e-mail at abw@gms.state.ga.us. Be sure to include your institutional name in the e-mail "Subject:" line; i.e., Subject: Great State College - CCP2000 file.
