Recruit Workforce - Prior Work Experience Start/End Date Fields:

The Start/End Date fields are required in a standard calendar format (DD/MM/YY) in the Prior Work Experience panels (Go > Develop Workforce > Recruit Workforce > Use > Prior Work Experience). However, users can initially tab out of the Start/End date fields without receiving a Field Required error. Users can insert rows and tab through the date fields, but will be unable to save the panel without the required dates. Attempting to save a panel without dates will generate a save/edit error and unless a date is input on each row the user will have to cancel the panel, losing any data input.
