Annual Budget Spreadsheet

It has come to our attention that the Annual Budget Spreadsheet is not correct for any employee having multiple effective sequence rows all effective on the same date. The criteria for this query pulls information from job data with effective date <= the current date and EffSeq = first.

For example: An employee's current job data has an effective sequence #0 row with a position change effective 10/01/2000 and an effective sequence #1 row with a pay merit increase effective 10/01/2000. The Annual Budget Spreadsheet will display the benefit base of the effective sequence #0 row, which is before the pay increase and therefore incorrect.

Please take note of this if you use the Annual Budget Spreadsheet to build your new budget and make manual changes to the spreadsheet as necessary.
