Pay Edit (BORM02ED) incorrectly calculating AST for employees in the B06 Paygroup

Please review and distribute the following issue as needed:

BORM02ED is correctly identifying employees who are eligible for AST, but is miscalculating AST for B06s and will require development to correct. For users currently running their biweekly payroll, OIIT highly recommends that they review all output from Pay Edit for employees known to be eligible for AST to determine if it has been correctly calculated.

Experienced Query users can use the Query tool to identify these employees by doing a query on the record M002_TRANS_BOR and selecting based on pay end date = 04/25/03 and earnings code = AST. Any employees that are returned on this query should have their time entry panels reviewed to determine if their time entry record has been correctly calculated and distributed among the appropriate earnings codes.

Once those employees with incorrect AST earnings have been identified, users can run Pay Update and then manually correct those employee's time entry distributions on the payline. Rerunning BORM02ED will not correct the time entry panels. A fix will be developed for BORM02ED and will be released as soon as possible.
