Benefits Encumbrance Projections Interface (BORI015)

Please be advised of the following known issue regarding BORI015 (Go > BOR Interfaces and Reports > Interface > Benefits Encumb Projections):

Recall that the April monthly payrun includes the refunds of ORP Contributions to TRS that were made in March. The BORI015 for the April monthly payrun is projecting the refunded amounts as positive amounts. This will cause the projections in this interface to be erroneously inflated.

Please advise appropriate accounting department personnel of this issue. The accounting department may desire additional information. Specifically, accounting may want to know the total amount that has been over-projected by department. This information may be obtained using the PAY_DED_DIST table.
