BORR036: Pre-Distribution Audit is not validating all employees

We have just been made aware of an issue with the BORR036 - Pre-Distribution Audit report, which verifies that all departments, from which earnings are paid in the given payroll, are active.Ê This report is currently not validating any employees that do not have at least one deduction; for example, the audit report is not validating any B07s.

Please continue to run this report prior to Paycheck Distribution.Ê However, if you have any concern that there may have been a check issued to an employee which might meet the criteria of having an inactive department, but will not get picked up on the audit because they don't have any deductions (for example, a re-issued check to a terminated B07), you can query the PAY_EARNINGS table to verify your list of departments in that payroll.
