Fiscal Year End Payroll Accrual Process

Please review and distribute the following issue as needed:

The third biweekly in May (P/E 05/23/03) will be used to calculate the FY2003 payroll expenses for the accrual journal entry into accounting. The May third biweekly payroll MUST NOT be combined with any monthly payroll calendars. Please see Business Process PAY 508 for a complete payroll schedule for the months of May through August.
