Manage Faculty Events Accomplishment Table

Please review and distribute the following issue as needed:

To utilize the Events Tracking functionality in the MFE module, three tables: Administrative Posts, Licenses/Certifications, and Memberships tables need to be populated beforehand in order to use the corresponding panels as described in business process HR 410.

When populating the Licenses/Certifications and Memberships tables, the same accomplishment code is NOT allowed across those two tables as the accomplishment codes created in both the Licenses/Certifications and Memberships panels are actually defined in the same Accomplishment table. These codes actually need to be unique across all accomplishment categories: Degrees, Memberships, Licenses/Certifications, and Publications.

Currently there is no functional means to remove unwanted codes created in one panel to accommodate the needs for creating the same code for another panel except through a DBI. Users are therefore encouraged to be sure of the codes to be created before saving the panel.
