It has come to our attention that Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Georgia (BCBSGA) has not updated the audit files that are downloaded as part of business process BEN150 for the month of January. Users who are attempting to download a file via the BCBS Data Download are currently downloading files from previous months, which may result in an extraordinary number of errors which upon review of QCare appear to have been fixed.

Due to issues with data cleanup and streamlining that occurred during January at Blue Cross/Blue Shield, OIIT does not recommend that users attempt the BEN150 process for the month of January. At this time, BCBSGA has stated that the files for February will be produced and made available for users no more than three (3) business days after the last calendar day of the month. Users can then pick up files no later than 03/05/03 produced from QCare data extracted as of 02/28/03.
