BORIF15 - Benefits Encumbrance Projections Interface, Issue with Grant End Date Functionality

BORIF15 - Benefits Encumbrance Projections Interface, Issue with Grant End Date Functionality
The 2.15 version of this SQR adds functionality to check for a grant end date in financials and project encumbrances based on the grant end date. Issues that we have seen with this report in production are:
- Invalid Account Code messages on the .lis report. Even though these are error messages on the .lis report, the interface file itself will post into PSFIN.
- Incorrect salary and fringe projections for employees in a grant when the grant fund end date does not fall in the current fiscal year.
- M03 fringe benefit calculations under-projected by one month.
Our 2.16 release, scheduled for 2/13/2003, will include BORIF15. This version of the sqr will not include the grant end date functionality, therefore all grant salaries and fringes will be encumbered through June 30, as it had been doing prior to the 2.15 release.
