PR Deduction Register - Per PR (BORR022A)

An issue concerning the PR Deduction Register - Per PR (BORR022A) was reported on Known Issues and Information - 01/10/2001. Release of a fix for this modification is pending. It was also reported to you that if only one payroll had been processed for a month that the Payroll Deduction Register (BORR022) would return the same information and could be used. Another report that may be used for reporting deductions for a single payrun is the PeopleSoft delivered Deduction Register (Pay001).

Menu Path: Go - Compensate Employee - Manage Payroll Process U.S. - Rpt A-M - Deduction Register. Note: Pay001 does sort slightly differently than the BORR022A. This report will sort by paygroup, by deduction type by employee id. Unlike BORR022A, Pay001 does not include the employees social security number.
