Create ERS/Defcon File - BORIF28D - miscoding ERS employees as GDF

This message is only for HRMS users that have been converted to PeopleSoft Financials and that have ERS employees.

Create ERS/Defcon File (BORIF28D): This process is incorrectly coding all ERS employees as GDF. If you have ERS employees, you will need to edit the CONXX and PERXX files to correctly reflect the ERS code for these employees. This code is the three digits preceding the Social Security number in both files. The ERS/Defcon Reports (BORIF28F and BORIF28G) are correct. This issue will be corrected in release 2.06 (tentatively scheduled for March 14).
