FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION: Users may proceed with the running of the Create VALIC ORP Temp Table (BORI039A) process. Interim Release 3.36a for PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 contained the modifications to resolve the error which occurred when attempting to populate the VALIC ORP Temp Table for December 2008 and January 2009. The original Known Issue is show below: Please distribute the following as needed. Action is required. KI0107 - VALIC Electronic File Exchange Process for December and January Reporting should not be run until further notice SUBJECT: Problem identified with the Create VALIC ORP Temp Table (BORI039A). PURPOSE: : To notify institutions that a problem has been identified when running the Create VALIC ORP Temp Table (BORI039A) process. The following error will be produced when attempting to populate the Temp Table: "Error on line 194: Month must be between 1 and 12". FUNCTIONAL IMPACT: : Users should not run the Create VALIC ORP Temp Table (BORI039A) process until further notice. The fix for this problem has been developed and will be delivered via Interim Release 3.36a.
