KI0106 – Foundation Table Changes/Additions to change the Vendor for Dental Benefit Plans RGD and RGDA on the Benefit Plan Table SUBJECT: Foundation Table Changes/Additions - FY09.03 - Regents Dental Plans Vendor Change PURPOSE: To provide Foundation Table Changes/Additions instructions for changing the vendor of model dental benefit plans RGD and RGDA from BCBS to MetLife on the Benefit Plan Table. The Foundation Table Changes/Additions spreadsheet contains the steps required to change the vendor on those two dental benefit plans. The spreadsheet is attached and is also posted on the GaFirst HRMS Website at the following link: http://www.usg.edu/gafirst/hrms/docs/ftc.phtml Foundation Table Changes FY09.03 - Regents Dental Plans Vendor Change FUNCTIONAL IMPACT: Institutions must complete the Foundation Table Changes/Additions before running the Comprehensive Benefits Report (BORR025) for the month of January 2009.
