KI0092 - Populate Tenure Data Process (BORM018) SUBJECT: Populate Tenure Data Process (BORM018) does not populate Tenure Data with correct dates in some cases. PURPOSE: To notify institutions that they should refrain from running the Populate Tenure Data process (BORM018) until after Release 3.31 scheduled for April 21, has been applied. FUNCTIONAL IMPACT: An issue has been identified with the Populate Tenure Data process (BORM018) that prevents it from populating the Tenure Data fields with correct dates in some cases. A fix has been identified and will be released in HRMS Release 3.31 scheduled for April 21, 2008. We request that you refrain from running the Populate Tenure Data process until after the 3.31 Release.
