KI0095 – Foundation Table Changes/Additions to add the ORPLMT Benefit Plan to the PAS Benefit Program Table SUBJECT: Foundation Table Changes/Additions Effective 07/01/2008. PURPOSE: : To provide Foundation Table Changes/Additions instructions for adding the ORPLMT Benefit Plan to the PAS Benefit Program Table. These changes are attached and are also posted on the GaFirst HRMS Website at the following link: http://www.usg.edu/gafirst/hrms/docs/ftc/ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: : Please be advised that each institution MUST complete the Foundation Table Changes/Additions to add the ORPLMT Benefit Plan to the PAS Benefit Program Table prior to enrolling newly hired eligible exempt employees into the BOR Optional Retirement Plan if elected by the employee.
