KI0091 - 3rd Biweekly Payroll Should Not be Combined with Monthly Pay Groups SUBJECT: 3rd Biweekly Payroll Should Not be Combined with Monthly Pay Groups PURPOSE: To notify institutions using the year end payroll accrual process not to combine the last third biweekly payroll of the current fiscal year with any monthly pay groups. FUNCTIONAL IMPACT: If your institution uses the year end payroll accrual process, then the last third biweekly payroll of the current fiscal year should not be combined with any monthly pay groups. Combining the 3rd biweekly payroll with monthly pay groups may result in additional steps for PS Financials users to complete the Year End Payroll Accrual process. The last third biweekly payroll for FY08 is for the pay end date of February 22, 2008, with the check date of February 29, 2008. This will allow for easier processing of the PSFIN GL62-Run Year End Payroll Accrual business process.
