Note: Audience for this announcement is users responsible for performing data entry to complete new benefit plan setup. FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION: : Foundation Table Changes/additions for the new High Deductible/Health Plan are attached. Note: When enrolling bi-weekly employees in the new plan the Deduction Begin Date should be set to 12/28/2007. This will allow the correct deductions on the first bi-weekly pay cycle for January. The Coverage Begin Date for the benefit will be 01/01/2008. The original Known Issue is shown below: Please distribute the following as needed. Action required. SUBJECT: Foundation Table Changes/Additions are scheduled to be available after the completion of Release 3.27, tentative date October 9, 2007. PURPOSE: To provide information about availability of the Foundation Table Changes/Additions for High Deductible/Health Plan. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please be advised that each institution MUST complete the setup of the new High Deductible/Health Plan prior to enrolling employees in the plan in PeopleSoft HRMS. Notice will be sent via ListServ once the Foundation Table Changes/Additions are posted to the GaFIRST HRMS Website. Note: Users will need to complete setup of the new account codes for the High Deductible/Health Plan PRIOR TO beginning the Foundation Table Changes/Additions. Reminder: The Annual Foundation Table Changes/Additions created as a result of premium rate increases will be delivered via an Interim Release in late December.
