KI0081 - Issue with pulling up Department Budget Table when entering a DeptID in the search field SUBJECT: SQL error received when searching for Department Budget Table or Position by entering a DeptID in the search field PURPOSE: To provide user the workaround on how to successfully pull up Department Budget Table records or positions(on Position Data) FUNCTIONAL IMPACT: Users will have to change the operator on DeptID search field from 'Begins with' to '=' ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: As a result of the database upgraded to Oracle 10g, the search function for the DeptID field was affected slightly. OIIT is researching the fix to the issue reported. Until the fix is identified and tested, in order to pull up any department budget table or position on position data, users will need change the operator from the default, 'Begins with', to '='.
