Please distribute the following as needed. Action is required. KI0075 - Faculty Members TRS Service Credit Eligible check box should be checked on only if Faculty Member taught Maymester. SUBJECT: Faculty Members TRS Service Credit Eligible check box should be checked on only if Faculty Member taught Maymester. PURPOSE: To notify institutions that the TRS Reporting Interface populated the Service Credit Eligible check box for ALL Faculty Members. The Service Credit Eligible check box should be checked only for Faculty Members that taught Maymester. FUNCTIONAL IMPACT: Institutional user must use the Edit TRS/ORP Temp Table and check off the Service Credit Eligible check box for all Faculty Members that did not teach Maymester. TIP: To speed up the editing process user may click View 100, check off the Service Credit Eligible check box for the Faculty Members that did not teach Maymester, Save, then scroll to next 100 until complete.
