PeopleSoft HRMS Known Issues and Information – 03/27/06 Please distribute the following as needed: KI0056 - PeopleSoft's Recommended Foundation Table Changes may cause 'OK to PAY' for B07/B08 paysheets to be ON It has come to our attention that PeopleSoft's recommended workaround for the Pay Calculation process that results in 'OK To Pay' being checked off for hourly, positive pay employees may cause B07 and B08 to be checked 'OK to Pay'. Please check these paysheets before running Pay Update. If 'OK to Pay' is checked, please reverse the Paygroup Table Foundation Table changes by checking those boxes back, run Pay Unsheet, and re-create paysheets again. Please be aware that reversing the Paygroup Table Foundation Table Changes will cause 'OK to Pay' to turn off for hourly or positive pay employees if the compensation rate is changed during the Pay Calculation process.
