PeopleSoft HRMS Known Issues and Information – 01/04/06 Please distribute the following as needed: KI0047 – Box Print Parameter Change for W-2 Form ID M1286V The Print Column value for boxes 12A - 12W for W-2 Form ID M1286V should be changed from '65' to '42'. If the change is not made, any box 12 information will print too far right on the Moore Pressure Sealed Form W-2. To make the change, go to North American Payroll>Annual Processing>Define Annual Tax Reporting>Tax Form Print Parameters. Tax Form Identification = W-2. Effective Date = 01/01/2005. Select Correct History mode. Scroll in the Form Information group box until Form ID = M1286V. Scroll in the Box Print Parameters group box until Box = 12A. Change the value of the Print Column field to '42'. Repeat the change for boxes 12B through 12W. Save the page.
