PeopleSoft HRMS Known Issues and Information – 10/12/05 Please distribute the following as needed: KI0043 – Correction to the NPA Paygroup added in the Foundation Table Changes/Additions FY06.01 Please make the following change to the NPA paygroup as it is added to the Pay Group Table. If the pay group is already added to the Pay Group Table, the change must be made using Correct History. On the Calc Parameters page (Set Up HRMS>Product Related>North American Payroll>Compensation and Earnings>Pay Group Table>Calc Parameters), make the Overtime Hours field = REG instead of the default value OTP. Using the REG Earn Code for Overtime Hours is acceptable as the NPA pay group will never be included in a payroll process. If this change is not made to the NPA pay group, a message will appear on the Presheet Audit that says, "Earn Cod OT Hours not valid on Earnings Table NPA OTP"
