KI0040 – Unique Constraint Error when Running BEN100A

Several institutions have reported receiving a unique constraint error when processing BEN100A (Refresh Benefits Snapshot). We are currently researching to learn the source of this error message and will have a resolution as quickly as possible. It will be helpful to us in troubleshooting this issue if you will call the helpdesk after you run the process and let them know if you were able to run the process successfully, or if you receive a unique constraint error.
