PeopleSoft HRMS Known Issues and Information – 07/14/2005 Please distribute the following as needed: KI0039 – BORI021-BCBS Interface An issue has been identified with the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Interface (BORI021) (Indemnity and PPO Only option) that results in dental coverage being reported twice for those employees enrolled in both medical and dental insurance. If a file is submitted to BCBS that contains the duplicate dental coverage records, BCBS will return an email to the institution that says, “Active Record Count Failure”. We are working to resolve this issue and ask that you refrain from submitting the interface file until further communication from OIIT.
