KI0035 - KI0035 – BORI034 (Positive Pay Interface)

Last modified: Jun 03, 2005

Number: KI0035      Status: release 3.09c

1) In order for the Positive Pay file to contain data, the Transmittal Code Type on the BOR Transmittal Code page must be set to "Pos Pay". The path to the BOR Transmittal Code page is as follows:

Board of Regents > BOR Utilities Gen Options > BOR Transmittal Code

Although Direct Deposit is the other option available under Transmittal Code Types, please note that this code is not utilized in creation of the Direct Deposit file and does not need to be modified once it is set to "Pos Pay".

2) The Positive Pay file incorrectly includes asterisks in the account number columns when the account number is greater than 10 digits. This issue is related to all three formats of the Positive Pay file. The cause of this problem has been identified and tested. The version of the Positive Pay interface that resolves this issue will be released this evening and will be available for use on the morning of April 1.
