As delivered, Box 06 (Medicare Taxes Withheld) will not print on the W2 form M1286V (Moore pressure-sealed form without the pre-printed return address). If you use either of the other two forms - LSR02A or LPS4V - no change is required. If you use the M1286V form, follow the steps below to correct Box 06: 1. Navigate to North American Payroll - Annual Processing - Define Annual Tax Reporting - Tax Form Print Parameters, and search for the 1/1/04 W2 form in correction mode. 2. In the middle scroll bar - Form Information, navigate to the M1286V form (you can hit the "Last" link to take you there). 3. In the inner scroll bar - Box Print Parameters, navigate to Box 06. 4. The text you see in the Print Text field needs to be cut-and-pasted into the Print Format field, similar to other boxes. Highlight the text in the Print Text field "B9999999.99", and cut-and-paste into the Print Format field. Make sure that the Print Text field is empty and the Print Format field says B9999999.99. 5. Save the change.
