The 1/1/05 flat rate and age-graded rate changes which were entered using the FY05.04 Foundation Table Changes Spreadsheet will not take effect for the 1st January biweekly, unless the effective date is corrected to a date within the pay period begin and end date (12/18 - 12/31). For all model and non-model plans originally made effective on 1/1/05, go into the flat rate and age-graded rate tables via correction mode and change the effective date from 1/1/05 to 12/31/04, and save. If you have the biweekly payroll in progress, make sure to re-calculate all checks to see the 2005 rates on the paychecks before you confirm. Note: Monthly employees are not impacted, since the pay end date and check date both reside in January.
