KI0027 - Blue Cross/Blue Shield Interface (BORI021) erroring out on missing dependent SSNs

An issue has been identified where the BCBS Interface errors on dependents who are missing SSNs under Benefits > Employee/Dependent Information > Update Dependent/Beneficiary. The workaround is to update any missing dependent SSNs with a value prior to re-running the interface. The fix will be included in the next scheduled release.
