KI0028 - TAX960ST.SQR and TAX962ST.SQR should not be run until after the HRMS Release 3.08 scheduled for 1/13/05

TAX960ST.SQR creates the MMREF files for submission to the State of Georgia for 2004 state wage and withholding information. This process may create more files than can currently be displayed for download in the Report Manager. If the files displayed are downloaded and submitted to the State of Georgia, the information submitted may be incomplete and create a reconciliation issue for the state (and subsequent problems for the institution). The TAX962ST.SQR is the audit report of the MMREF files created by TAX960ST. If the files are incomplete, this report will not balance with the total state wages and tax withholdings reported on the 2004 W-2s. This condition will be corrected in Release 3.08. We recommend that these processes not be run until after the 3.08 Release, scheduled for 1/13/05.
