KI0023 - New field on Position Data – FLSA Status – Populated in V8.8 upgrade with default value of Nonexempt

The FLSA_STATUS field is new in V8.8 for the PS_POSITION_DATA table. In the upgrade, this field was populated with the default value of “Nonexempt” for all Position Data rows, current and historical. In a future release, a script will be run that will update this field to equal the field from the PS_JOBCODE_TBL according to the BCAT entered on the Position. Note: The FLSA_STATUS in PS_JOB is determined by the FLSA_STATUS in the PS_JOBCODE_TBL, so the Job Data page displays the correct FLSA Status.
