Please be advised that you may have to modify PeopleSoft Security in order to complete item 3 (Model Change Request #520 - Activation of PER (Personal) reason for action = Leave of Absence).
Please provide these instructions to your Security Administrator:
In Security Administrator, open the appropriate Operator Class. Select Menu Items, then double click on Administer Workforce (U.S.). Locate the following in the Actions/Panels column: ACTION_REASON_TABLE. The 'DispOnly' column may say 'Yes.' If so, please change this to 'No.'
After your user has made the appropriate foundation table change, you should change the 'DispOnly' back to 'Yes.'
