Problems with the BCBSGA Inbound FTP Site causing users unable to transmit the BCBS Interface File
Purpose
To notify institutions that there are problems with the BCBSGA inbound FTP site which prevent users from connecting and transmitting the interface file to BCBSGA.
Functional Impact
There are issues with the BCBSGA inbound FTP site which prevent any connection from being made. As a result, institutional users are unable to transmit the BCBS Interface file. The time frame when the issue will be resolved has yet to be determined. However, users will be notified when the file transmission can be resumed. In the meantime, institutional users are advised to contact BCBSGA Membership to make any manual enrollment changes if needed.
