Follow-up Information
Users can upload the PeachCare file for the last quarter of 2008, via the vendor’s website at https://psiftp.policy-studies.com. Users should contact OIIT to receive the Username and Password needed to access this site.
Note: The deadline for submitting the PeachCare Eligibility File for the last quarter of 2008 is January 27, 2009. Users may begin file submission on January 20, 2009. Business process RPT 330 - PeachCare Eligibility Interface has been updated to reflect the changes in the file submission process.

Purpose
To alert users of the changes to the PeachCare file submission procedure for the last quarter of 2008
Functional Impact
The PeachCare Eligibility file submission has been changed due to the system upgrade at the vendor’s site. Currently, users download the interface file from PeopleSoft HRMS application and save that to their C:gnupg folder, and click on the DHACS Data Transmit icon on their desktop to encrypt and transmit the file. With the new procedure, users will be required to log into a secured website and upload the eligibility file instead. This change will allow users to get instant verification of the file upload status.
Note: The deadline for submitting the PeachCare Eligibility File for the last quarter of 2008 is January 27, 2009. Users will be provided more detailed information on the site address and the login information in early January. Business process RPT 330 - PeachCare Eligibility Interface will also be modified to reflect the changes.
